Step 1: Choose the Right Model

We offer two outstanding models, each with unique features to enhance your playing experience. Here’s how they compare:

The Classical (launched in 2019):
This model is where it all began. It’s known for its iconic bright and sweet tone, along with a compact and comfortable structure.

  • All around model. Ideal for all acoustic guitar sizes.
  • Emphasizes mid-high tones.

Dimensions: Bow length: 16 cm (6.30 inches), hair length: 10 cm (3.94 inches), hair width: 1 cm (0.39 inches).

The Studio (launched in 2022):
This larger version completes the Classical model with an extended structure that delivers longer sustain, smooth legato, and a warm, deep tone.

  • Perfect for larger acoustic guitars or basses, or for those who seek longer sustain and deeper tones.
  • Emphasizes low-mid tones.

Dimensions: Bow length: 21.4 cm (8.43 inches), hair length: 16 cm (6.30 inches), hair width: 1.5 cm (0.59 inches).

Step 2: Assess Your Guitar Strings

The Pickaso Guitar Bow is specifically designed for regular uncoated strings, such as 80/20 bronze, phosphor bronze, flat-wound, and other types not labeled as coated. It may not perform properly on coated strings, such as Elixir, which feature a thin, transparent coating.
