The New 2025 Studio Model.
Originally launched in 2022, this larger version completes the classical model. Its extended structure delivers longer sustain, smooth legato, and a warm, deep tone. Now enhanced with a built-in hair tension adjuster for maximum sound control!

Innovative Design,
Premium Materials.

Innovative Design:
Hair on both sides and a built-in pick for maximum playability. Easily play one or two strings, or switch to picking mode in seconds.
Premium Materials:
Crafted from an ultra-thin anodized aluminum body, with a rubber-coated ergonomic handle and our unique synthetic hair fibers. Durable and designed to last for years.

Crafted with love:
We treat every hair fiber with care—washing, stretching, combing, and aligning it by hand to achieve the perfect sound. Our custom synthetic blend is designed with the ideal texture to deliver precise, clean, and sweet bowed tones.
The First and Only Rosin Made Especially for Guitarists.

Rosin plays a crucial role in sound production by creating friction between the bow and guitar strings. Traditional formulas often fall short when it comes to guitar — creating too much dust and not enough grip.
That’s why we developed our own Premium Rosin, crafted specifically for guitarists.

Low Dust Residue
Engineered to reduce dust by up to 85%, keeping your instrument and playing surface clean while enhancing tone clarity.

Enriched with Natural Waxes
Strikes the perfect balance between a soft, warm tone and reliable grip.

Vacuum-Sealed Packaging
Ensures long-lasting freshness and optimal performance from the very first swipe.

❤️ Each bow is handcrafted with love and carefully inspected before leaving our workshop.
📣 Important Notice: The Pickaso bow is not compatible with coated strings like Elixir Nanoweb or nylon strings.

Common questions
Common questions
Q1: Does the bow work on any type of string?
A: The Pickaso bow is compatible with most types and brands of uncoated strings, but it cannot be used with coated strings, such as Elixir, or nylon strings. We prefer to use Ernie Ball 80/20 Medium-Light strings. For the best results, we recommend choosing strings in the light to medium gauge range.
Q2: Can the bow be used with other instruments?
A: The Pickaso Guitar Bow is designed for acoustic guitars but can also be used with steel-stringed instruments with a sound hole or space for bow insertion, excluding nylon or coated strings.
Q3: Does it work on classical or electric guitars?
A: Yes, it works on classical guitars with steel-covered strings, but not on nylon. On electric guitars, it can be used like a violin bow in a "Jimmy Page style."
Q4: Will the bow damage my strings?
A: When used properly and following provided instructions, the bow won't damage your strings. Its softer bow hair is gentler than a guitar pick.
Q5: Does the bow contain horsehair?
A: No, the Pickaso bow uses synthetic hair designed specifically for stringed instruments, offering durability and excellent sound quality while avoiding animal products.
Q6: Can I add a gift note?
A: Absolutely! 🎁 You can add a gift note at no extra cost. Simply add your items to the cart, then before proceeding to checkout, locate the text box labeled "Gift Note" in your cart and enter your message. [Click here to view your cart]

“It is a ton of fun...and it gets you to do something you would never otherwise do. Pickaso Guitar Bow – good freaking stuff!”
— Samurai Guitarist. YouTuber, Musician

The Pickaso bow is amazing! It’s been so much fun to experiment with this in my music. I’ve barely put it down since I first tried it!
The way he sings manufactured and design. They are so cool and will be used in the studio for an upcoming event.
The first thing you notice right away is: damn, this is solid. It fits in the hand without feeling delicate or fiddly, which makes finding the right alignment with the strings a lot easier because you're never struggling to find the right grip. Everything you need is right in the box, and the included pleather bag is very handsome and quite sturdy itself.
After rosining up the bow you're off to the races, provided you have uncoated strings on your acoustic. You may need to apply additional rosin if you didn't get quite enough on at first, but you'll know when you get it right as the strings resonate as expected. The sound is rich and colorful, an absolute dream. As someone with fantasies of playing bowed instruments, this scratches that itch beautifully.
Where I find that some accessories like this (the ebow for example) feel like a fun gimmick to pick up from time to time, this feels more like unlocking whole new instrument. For the price, I'm absolutely in love with it.
Works as advertised. Still pretty terrible at using it, but I'm getting better! Likely won't use this thing outside of the studio.
Finally, a device that accentuates left hand legato on an acoustic guitar! Absolutely brilliant. In 60 minutes, I was able to understand and start to develop my technique. I’m having a ton of fun working with this.
